After a shocking discovery, Antoine decides to leave Syria. Nasser realizes he’s been manipulated.

Anna’s story during her journey and involvement in the ISIS crisis is revealed—from her separation from Antoine and her parents to starting her lonely job in Cairo, and her the eventual manipulation she suffers by Stanley. Things take a worse turn when the Mossad assassinates Iranian nuclear scientists and Anna is exfiltrated by Stanley. As a result, Anna decides to take drastic measures.

Antoine cannot leave and volunteers to fight, only to be confronted by a face from his past.

Sarya is injured and must be transferred to a Western hospital. Paul discovers Nasser’s betrayal.
