Saw III

Picking up directly where Saw II left off, Jigsaw is fighting to stay alive for one final game. The ailing killer instructs his apprentice and protege, Amanda, to kidnap unsuspecting doctor Lynn in order to ensure that he survives long enough to see how his latest victim, Jeff, fares.
