Part 2 of 5. The Joe team uses an energy mirror array to counter Cobra's Weather Dominator attack on Washington, D.C. When their defense is successful, the Weather Dominator explodes in orbit, scattering its vital components across the globe.

Part 3 of 5. The Joe team is preparing to trek across the globe to the Island of No Return to retrieve one of the three fragments of the Weather Dominator before Destro and Cobra can get their hands on it.

Part 4 of 5. As the Island of No Return battle rages on, Spirit goes one-on-one with Storm Shadow for the second Weather Dominator fragment. Meanwhile, in the freezing arctic battleground, both sides fight for the final fragment of the Weather Dominator.

Part 5 of 5. As the Weather Dominator device is reassembled at Cobra's Temple, it's up to the Jor team's full-scale assault on the base to prevent the world from falling into Cobra's grasp!

Cobra seizes control of the G.I. Joe space shuttle, using the shuttle and a series of relay cubes to create a pyramid-like "zone" no vehicle or machine can function in. The Joes must disconnect the cubes before the world is thrown into complete darkness.

Shipwreck and Snake Eyes continue to evade capture in an effort to get back to the Joe team with vital data about Cobra's control cubes. Meanwhile, G.I. Joe plans to launch a mission to stop Destro from activating the first cube at the Devil's Playground.

As three of Cobra's relay cubes are activated, Cobra Commander moves forward with his plans to activate the fourth and final cube in the Sea of Lost Souls. Meanwhile, Shipwreck and Snake Eyes escape Cobra's troopers in Enterprise City.
