On A quest with Jaswant - Exploring Portugal

Embarking on our quest, we travel from Los Angeles to Lisbon, where we explore the history behind the city's landmarks, spanning from the Age of Discoveries to the devastating Great Lisbon Earthquake of 1755.

Our journey continues as we head to Sesimbra, a fishing village where we connect with local fishermen and immerse ourselves in their lifestyle. We then set off on a 10-hour night fishing trip in the Atlantic.

This time, we're pushing our limits and challenging ourselves to capture the thrill of a coasteering adventure along the rugged coast, learn about the history of a medieval castle, and participate in traditional Portuguese-style home baking.

We are determined to have an intimate experience with bottlenose dolphins in their natural habitat. We make numerous attempts to fulfill our dreams.

Taking an adventurous turn, our exploration leads us to the Arrabida region, where we explore a cave, uncover the many ancient uses of cork, discover a unique rock used by local artists for souvenirs, and taste Pitaya fruit juice and ice cream.

Step into a world of tradition and immerse yourself in the Portuguese art of stonework known as Calçada. Appreciate the rugged, breathtaking views of Cabo Espichel and explore the fascinating history of the area's prehistoric dinosaur footprints, ancient chapel, and lighthouse.
