Alex and his friend find themselves in a new world after they enter a room out of curiosity. It's an undiscovered world where the animals talk and have advanced technology. However, the animals soon declare Alex and his companion as a threat to their world. While both of them run for their lives, they manage to make a few friends in the kingdom of Animalia. Can Alex return to his own world?

The core spores are the most important elements which help in sustaining the civilization of Animalia. However, trouble occurs when ten core spores go missing. Although Joe wants to return home, Alex decides to stay to help the animals find the core spores. Soon, most of the animals transform into their uncivilized forms. Can Alex help them find all the core spores?

G'Bubu travels back in time after the core spore of Time exlpodes and he is caught in the mist of time. He finds himself in an ancient era, a time when his ancestors fought with their arch enemies, the Tree Frogs. G'Bubu is terrified when he faces all the animals of the past. Can G'Bubu fight the giant Tree Frogs just like his ancestors did? Can his friends bring him back?

Alex and Zoe narrate the story of the Giant Frogs in a poetry recital. Allegra and her friends express their dislike for rhymes and throw tantrums, causing the Core spore to fly. This makes all the animals speak only in rhymes. Alex and Zoe notice this and want to help their friends, but end up making them statues when they fail to rhyme. Will the spell break?

Unaware that the Core has shot out one more important part, Alex and Zoe go for lunch with G'Bubu and Iggy. Little do they know that the part which has gone missing is slowly going to cause widespread memory loss throughout Animalia. Unable to take help from Livingstone as he has also lost his memory, Alex and Zoe set out for the piece. Will they be back in time to save the animals?

Before leaving for his uncle's place, Livingstone informs Reenie about it. Not concentrating on Livingstone's words, Reenie causes a flow of misinformation to be spread in Animalia. Different stories pop up about his disappearance and Tyrannicus uses this chance to frame G'Bubu as he hates G'Bubu's carelessness. Will Livingstone return in time or will G'Bubu be charged guilty?

Terror strikes again in Animalia due to Livingstone's clumsiness of releasing a Core spore. All the written scriptures vanish as a result, and as usual, Tyrannicus tries to take advantage of the situation. He plots to get G'Bubu evicted from his place as there are no more written rules. But his plans are foiled because Alex's sharp sight and cleverness help them find the spore.

The Animalians are enjoying a happy spring break. However, the happiness does not last long when the evil Tyrannicus launches Flutter Vision, powered by the butterflies. He offers 800 channels to every customer. As the Animalians get hooked on to the television, the butterflies are exhausted and have no flowers to pollinate. This could mean early winter for Animalia.

Zoe spots purple eyes lurking around the corner while she was resting. Terrified, she runs to safety. Soon, all of Animalia is haunted by the presence of the mysterious purple eyes. Iggy steps up to protect and save Zoe, but he is dismissed as a joke. Hurt, Iggy takes the form of his alter ego, Don Iguana, inspired by the famous Animalian Don Quixote, to save Animalia from the purple eye scare.

Allegra decides to organise a concert and makes a deal with the manipulative Tyrannicus. Tired of the terrible promotions, Livingstone screams so loud that a part of the Core Spore that enables all the Animalians to speak is lost. Alex, Zoe, Livingstone, G'Bubu and Iggy set out on a journey to find the lost piece and regain their speech.

Zoe travels to the land of 'Above and Beyond',-a land shrouded in mystery and inhabited by mythical creatures - to rescue Zee and Zed, who are held captive by the evil dragon, Dagmont. Dagmont agrees to free Zee and Zed, but only if she can tell him a good story. Zee and Zed are let go because of Zoe's exceptional skills, and Zoe saves the day.

Mischievous G'Bubu loves to play practical jokes on everyone. However, things go wrong when a huge coconut drops on his head, and he turns into Peter Applebottom, a selfish but genius scientist, and one of the founders of Animalia. He promises to save the unbalanced Core Spore in Animalia, but will the playful G'Bubu return?

It's Talent-O-Topia day at Animalia and all Animalians are super excited. Allegra seems confident on the outside, but she's quite vulnerable on the inside. She opens up to Zoe, who helps her get over her weaknesses and get in the spotlight. Alex gets over his fear for the stage, and G'Bubu and Iggy also perform. All in all, it is a fun day at Animalia and hidden talents come to the fore.

In a Core Spore explosion, Livingstone and Allegra accidentally exchange their intellects. Allegra gets a piece of the Spore, which amplifies her intelligence, while Livingstone becomes a very stupid person. A self-loving Allegra plots to use her new found powers to become famous. Livingstone, despite his stupidity, decides to put aside his fears in order to protect Animalia.

The team of Zoe and Tyrannicus launches a campaign to get rid of the stinky swamp. But Alex has a different view about the swamp, and in order to save it, he teams up with Allegra to whom the swamp is home. Soon, Alex catches a rare swamp fever, and the only known cure lies deep inside the swamp. To save Alex, Zoe must find the cure before Tyrannicus destroys the swamp.

Alex decides to make a guide about the portals in Animalia. However, while exploring the mysterious catacombs, he gets stuck inside. Now - with the help of the guide that was made by Alex - G'Bubu, Zoe and Iggy must rescue him from there.

Iggy visits his grandfather's home only to learn that he is not a full-blooded iguana, but rather, is part chameleon. He needs to come to terms with this fact and get in touch with his 'inner chameleon', so he can fulfill the prophecy and return the Core Spore of Nature back to its place. Alex and Livingstone stumble upon a portal that is inhabited by restless Nature Spirits.

Tyrannicus pleads to Livingstone to drive the 'stink bugs' out of Animalia only to be refused. With the help of Creeper, he starts his own nation- Tyrannia and declares war against Animalia. These disturbances result in the release of a Core Spore and Alex and Zoe are set on a mission to recover it, but they soon discover that the Core Spore only bears another puzzle within.

The Creeper attacks the Core's main root and plots to use the Core Spore for himself, because of which the inhabitants of Animalia are forced to use their original language. Alex and Zoe must help Livingstone to collect the Core Spore and return it back to the Core. Will they recover the Core Spore before Tyrannicus and Creeper get their hands on it?

The harmony that exists in the magical kingdom of Animalia is under threat as three Core Spores were extracted by the evil Tyrannicus. Due to this depletion, the entire kingdom has lost the sense of hope. Even Livingstone T. Lion has lost hope and has given up all attempts to fix it. Alex and Zoe will have to somehow track the missing Core Spores in time.

While Livingstone announces the return of the Creeper to the Animalians, the Cooperation spore is released and everybody begins to have disputes with each other. Livingstone, Alex and Zoe go into the tunnels to retrieve the spore and reconcile with Creeper who is uncooperative and attempts to stop them. The spore teleports into Allegra's swamp. Now it is a race against time to save Animalia.

Creeper is adamant to rule Animalia and seeks help from the Prophecy core. He skillfully sweeps Elni and Erno into the labyrinth of tunnels, where they were on guard, to kidnap Echo, whom he believes stands in the way of him controlling Animalia. However, Iggy gathers courage and stands up to him. Alex, Zoe and G'Bubu proceed into the portal to help Erno and Elni. Will Iggy manage to save Echo?

Tyrannicus spreads a rumour of Livingstone's retirement which blows out of proportion. The Truth Core spore flies away leaving all the Animalians under the spell of speaking lies. Tyrannicus uses this opportunity to trick Livingstone into agreeing to the rumours on camera. Alex and Zoe set out to search for the Truth Core spore. Will they find it and in time to save Livingstone?

When the Animalians are haunted by nightmares, they suspect that something is wrong with the Dream Zone. Alex, Zoe, Zee, Zed, Allegra and G'Bubu take off to the Land of 'Over and Beyond' to find their Dream-Weavers. Upon reaching, they find that The Creeper has locked all their Dream-Weavers to make his own dreams come true. Will they be able to rescue their Dream Weavers?

Tyrannicus deliberately makes Livingstone and Reenie sniff the pollens of a Glum plant, which turns them into Glum. Alex and Zoe find out that if they are not brought back to normal soon, they will live like a Glum nut forever. Alex and friends try their best to make Livingstone and Reenie laugh, but fail terribly. Will they be able to bring back Livingstone and Reenie to their actual selves?
