Lyndey gets her coffee fix in this foodie Mecca, from the cobbled laneways to fine dining. Sights and senses go into overload in the Yarra Valley with cheese-making at Yarra Valley Dairy before creating a rustic goats cheese tart with pinot eschallots overlooking the de Bortoli vineyards. Salmon "milking" at Yarra Valley Caviar follows before they star in an Asian inspired fish recipe.

It's all aboard the F.O.O.D train! [Food of the Orange District]. Lyndey prepares a breakfast treat then boards a special train in Sydney, and as it winds its way across the plains to Orange interviews food producers on board. Lyndey visits an organic poultry and discovers why beer and bees have given an old inn.

Lyndey opens this Autumn show at the misty and magical Echo point as the Three Sisters smile from below. Logan Brae Apple Orchard is the home of juicy ripe apples and after sampling the apple juice, Lyndey takes her apples and uses the classic combo of pork and apples to make pulled pork and apple slaw by an indoor open fire.

This episode stars a variety of food and wine heroes. The McGuigan name is synonymous with the Hunter Valley and Lyndey visits Neil, a 4th generation winemaker to see what goes into being three times International Winemaker of the year. Amongst the vines, Lyndey poaches chicken and challenges Neil with a risotto to match his Semillon

With basket in hand, Lyndey plans her own farmgate tour, visiting Ulladulla Harbour for a prize catch; South Coast Providore for fresh produce and sweet treats; and fills her basket at a luscious berry farm. Lyndey uses these for a fabulous seafood pasta and very berry trifle. Lyndey is ecstatic to see a whole pod of dolphins and feed a kangaroo on the beach.

Lyndey explores the Margaret River in Western Australia, during the annual Gourmet Escape weekend. This culinary event attracts an A-list of chefs and food celebrities from across the globe, everyday Australians rub shoulders with the likes of Heston Blumenthal, Tetsuya Wakuda, Guillaume Brahimi and Adriano Zumbo.

Kununurra is the gateway to some of Western Australia's most remarkable natural attractions and home to WA's biggest outdoor festival, the Argle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster. Lyndey embraces this vibrant community celebration and cooks a spiced Kangaroo and paw paw salad with good friend and celebrity cook, Stephanie Alexander.

Lyndey is in the pearling capital of the country, Broome, where she dives headfirst into the town's history on a pearling boat tour before catching a ride on the world's only limo trike for a bush tucker tasting trip. Lyndey combines the outback with the ocean in a dish of Indigenous spiced Pearl meat at the scenic Roebuck bay.
