Dean tasks Benji with selling a house where a murder took place. Esther sees potential to capitalize on people's obsession with murder tours and decides to create her own.

Benji and Esther snag a daypass from Dean's swag bag to an upscale gym. Esther meets someone who ropes her into a questionable business, while Dean is excited by Benji's sudden enthusiasm to get fit.
