Go to the Prime Video app on your device or primevideo.com on your computer and you will see matches shown under "Live and Upcoming Events" or search for "Swimming".
4. How do I install Prime Video on my devices?
The Prime Video app is available on a range of televisions, Amazon devices, mobile devices, Blu-ray players, games consoles and streaming media devices. Open your device's app store to download and install the Prime Video app. Open the Prime Video app. Register your device by selecting Register on the Amazon website. You will be given a code to enter on a given website. Some devices show the option to Sign In and Start Watching, using your Amazon account information.
5. Can I live stream Swimming on any device?
You can stream these swimming races online through your web browser, and Internet-connected TVs, Blu-ray players, set-top-boxes, Fire tablets and other compatible devices. You can stream the same video to no more than two devices at any one time.

Session replays will be available shortly after the end of each race session.
8. My stream is delayed, how do I reduce this?
While all devices have been optimized to give a smooth and clear viewing experience, some devices offer less delay between the live race and your stream. We recommend using a Fire TV, Apple TV, iOS or Android device.
9. I'm experiencing streaming issues, what can I do?
If you're having issues watching live streams or live events on Prime Video, please ensure that you are watching on a supported device, and have a sufficient download speed. Prime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1MB/s for SD content and 5MB/s for HD content. Prime Video will serve the highest quality streaming experience possible based on the bandwidth speed available. If you're experiencing any issues with video juddering/motion, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting might have a different name depending on your TV manufacturer. Some examples of the Motion setting include Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture. If you still experience issues, please contact us.
10. How can I update my FireTV Stick apps?
You can update your apps automatically by following these instructions: Go to Settings, and select Applications. Go to Appstore. Set the option to YES to have applications updated automatically. If this is set to no, then you will see individual update options for each app icon in your app library. To sync the compatible apps on your Amazon Fire TV device with your Cloud: Go to Settings>My Account>Sync Amazon Content.
11. Will all matches have commentary?
Yes. There will be full commentary for every Australian Swimming race.
12. Can I rewind, pause and fast forward on my device?
Rewind, pause and fast forward are available on Android/iOS Mobile, Web (Chrome, FireFox, Edge), Fire TV, Apple TV (Gen 3 and newer) & selected Smart TVs. Use "Watch from Beginning" play buttons on the detail page or in player to watch from the session start. Please note that these features are not supported on all devices.
13. How can I switch Subtitles on or off?
You can turn Subtitles on or off by selecting the "CC" icon in your playback controls. For some devices, the Subtitles icon looks like a dialogue box, or it may be listed as a menu option under "Subtitles" on the video's detail page.
