Prime members in Brazil will have access to select NBA games via Primevideo.com for no additional fees.

3) Where can I find live NBA coverage on Prime Video? How do I watch NBA games on Prime Video?

In the Prime Video app on your device, you'll see the games within one of the rotating top banners or under the "Live and Upcoming events." You can also use the search option by typing "NBA" or "National Basketball Association."

4) How do I install Prime Video on my devices?

Prime Video app is available on a range of televisions, Amazon devices, mobile devices, Blu-ray players, games consoles and streaming media devices.

  1. Open your device's app store to download and install the Prime Video app.
  2. Open the Prime Video app.
  3. Register your device by selecting Register on Amazon website. You will be given a code to enter on a given website. Some devices show the option to Sign in and Start Watching, using your Amazon account information.

5) Can I live stream NBA games on any device?

Live sport is supported on Amazon devices such as the Fire TV and Fire tablet, on web browsers and connected devices via the Prime Video app, including compatible games consoles (PS3, PS4, PS5, Xbox One), set-top boxes and media players (Google Chromecast, Apple TV 4K, and Apple TV (3rd and 4th generations)), smart TVs, Blu-ray players, iOS or Android tablets and cell phones running the latest version of the Prime Video app. For the best live sports viewing experience, watch NBA on a Fire TV device.

You can stream up to three videos at the same time using the same Amazon account. You can stream the same video to no more than two devices at a time.

6) Can I watch NBA games while traveling?

Prime members residing within Brazil will have the ability to watch live coverage, and highlights of the NBA games. All other international locations aren't supported.

7) How can I catch up on games I have missed?

Full game Replays will be available shortly after the game ends.

8) I'm receiving a location error when attempting to watch NBA coverage. What should I do?

NBA games are only available to Prime customers based in Brazil. All other international locations aren't supported. Prime Video does not support streaming content over a virtual private network.

9) My stream is lagging behind the live stream, how do I fix this?

There can always be a brief delay between the live game and viewer's streaming experience. Whilst all devices have been optimized to give a smooth and clear viewing experience, some devices offer less delay between the live game and your stream. We recommend using a Fire TV, Apple TV, iOS or Android device.

10) I'm experiencing streaming issues, what can I do?

For the best live streaming experience, Prime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for SD & 5 Mbps for HD. Prime Video provides optimal streaming experience depending on the available bandwidth speed.

If you're experiencing any issues with the video "juddering" or having excessive motion blur, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting might have a different name depending on your TV manufacturer. Motion settings include: Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture. If you are still experiencing video issues, please contact us.

11) How can I update my Fire TV Stick apps?

You can update your apps automatically by following these instructions: 1. Go to Settings, and select Applications. 2. Go to Appstore. 3. Set the option to YES to have applications updated automatically. if this is set to no, then you will see individual update options for each app icon in your app library. To sync the compatible apps on your Amazon Fire TV device with your Cloud: Go to Settings > My Account > Sync Amazon Content.

12) Will all games have commentary?

Yes, all NBA games will have commentary.

13) Can I pause/rewind/fast forward live stream on my device?

Rewind, pause and fast forward are available on Android/iOS Mobile, Web (Chrome, FireFox, Edge), Fire TV, Apple TV (Gen 3) & selected Smart TVs. Use Watch from beginning play buttons on the detail page or in player to watch from start.

14) How can I switch Subtitles on or off?

Subtitles are currently unavailable.
