Unknown Charges on Prime Video
There are several reasons why you might not recognize a charge.
If you don't recognize a charge, check to see if:
- An Amazon Prime membership or Prime Video subscription was renewed. For more information, go to Account & Settings.
- A Prime Video add-on subscription was renewed. If you signed up for a free trial of Amazon Prime and a separate Prime Video add-on subscription at the same time, please note that the monthly charges for both services may fall on different dates.
- To reduce the risk of accidental purchases, you can Set Up Restrictions on Prime Video for Set up a Prime Video Account PIN on Web, Set up a Prime Video PIN on Android or Set up a Prime Video PIN on iOS.
- Additional cards are associated with the credit or debit account.
