You can cancel a Prime Video Ad Free subscription via the website, or through the Prime Video app.
Cancel your Ad Free subscription through the Prime Video website.
- Go to Account & Settings and select Your Account.
- Select Cancel Ad Free, then confirm.
Cancel your Ad Free subscription on the Prime Video app for Fire TV, smart TVs, game consoles, and set top boxes.
- Go to Settings and select Prime.
- Select Cancel Ad Free, then confirm.
After your billing cycle ends, you’ll start to see limited advertisements while watching Prime movies and TV shows. If you pay for your Ad Free subscription through Apple, any subscription cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew, otherwise you may be charged.
