Allison Joyce

Allison Joyce is an actor, model, voiceover talent and writer who has appeared in film, television, cable networks, print and multi-media advertising campaigns. Allison began her career in acting at The Actor's Place, trained in the Meisner Technique by renowned instructor, Keith Flippen. She soon began securing roles in local film productions and commercial projects, most notably a Sentara Healthcare advertising campaign which aired on multiple highly rated national media and cable networks, such as the Golf Channel and Lifetime. Allison further developed her skills volunteering to work with Regent University film students while continuing her education through workshops, classes and seminars. Allison is also a long-time member of the Virginia Production Alliance. As her film career grew, so did Allison's commercial modeling work, where she is frequently booked for lifestyle projects and more recently, in a Chartway Federal Credit Union advertisement that aired during the 2024 Olympics in targeted states and on national networks. Allison is also a published writer who is the former editor of multiple national industry newsletters. She is currently authoring a book and working on two screenplays of her own. Born in Albany, Georgia, Allison's family moved to Virginia where she spent most of her childhood and later graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice studies. Soon after graduation, Allison was hired to work for a congressional campaign with the late Norman Sisisky and later as his Washington D.C. staff.
