Amy Lyndon

Amy Lyndon's career in entertainment began at the age of 10, and she's been captivating audiences ever since. A native of New Rochelle, New York, Amy's passion for acting led her to pursue formal training across some of the most prestigious institutions, including the Neighborhood Playhouse (NYC), the London Academy of Performing Arts, BFA from Syracuse University, and with celebrated mentors such as Stella Adler, Harry Mastrogeorge, The Groundlings, and CBS Comedy on the Lot. With over 70 films to her name, Amy's impressive filmography spans a wide range of genres. Her work includes The UnMiracle, And They're Off, The Poughkeepsie Tapes, and four notable Lionsgate films: B.T.K., Dracula's Guest, Ed Gein: The Butcher of Plainfield, and Chicago Massacre: Richard Speck. She starred in Chris Pratt's debut feature, Cursed Part 3, and is currently featured as the lead in two upcoming comedy films, Lady Parts and We Want The Virus. Most recently, Amy won a Best Supporting Actress award for her role in the Sky Showtime film Amor en toda la cara. Amy's television credits are equally diverse, with over 30 guest starring roles in iconic shows such as NCIS, Law & Order: Los Angeles, Eagleheart, Ugly Betty, Entourage, NYPD Blue, and JAG. She also appeared in several recurring roles, including on Days of Our Lives, The Bold and the Beautiful, Young and the Restless, and Freddy's Nightmares. On stage, Amy earned critical acclaim and a Marquee Comedy Award for her hilarious portrayal of "Bobbi Michelle" in Last of the Red-Hot Lovers at The Tiffany Theatre. Her performance as "Roberta" in Danny and The Deep Blue Sea was also met with high praise. In addition to her acting career, Amy appears in the national Mattress Firm commercial and stars as "Nova Neran" in the multi-award-winning podcast Earth Eclipsed. Additionally, Lyndon is an awarded Director, Writer and Producer. Her proudest accomplishment is as the Premiere Hollywood Celebrity Coach and Author/Creator of "The Lyndon Technique: The 15 Guideline Map To Booking," which has turned out 56+ Series Regulars, an Emmy Winner, a Critics Choice Winner, a Golden Globe Nominee, an Imagen Award Winner and has helped 1000's of Actors achieve their dream of success in the entertainment industry globally. During Covid, Amy launched her trademarked inspirational apparel brand for the evolved spirit, I Am Enough Collection and a Club for Actors called Actor.Club!
