Anna Sundquist

Anna grew up in Bergen, Norway, but moved to California shortly after high school. She acted in commercials and television at a young age, but never pursued it professionally. While studying Liberal Arts in Santa Barbara, CA, she realized how much she missed the world of filmmaking, and immediately began acting in student films. She completed her BA, and moved to Los Angeles where she applied for The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Anna's audition rewarded her with a scholarship of excellence, and she received a degree from the conservatory in 2021. After graduation, she began landing international roles quickly. Anna stars as Penelope in the Alexander Henderson feature thriller 'Toxic' (2022) available on Amazon Prime, as well as in Chen Zang's short drama 'Fade' (2022) and in 'I Can't Even SMFH' (2022) by Muhasani Joshua Kasomo, for which she was also a producer. Look for Anna as the leading lady Sophia in Oscar Ganem's feature drama 'Darko' opening in theaters in the winter of 2024.
