Ashley Murray

Ashley David Murray was born on August 8th, 1987 in Nashville, Tennessee. His father Dee Murray, was the original bassist for Elton John. When he passed away in 1992, his mother relocated the family to Raleigh, North Carolina where he could grow up around family. He was extremely athletic throughout his schooling, excelling in Basketball, Football, Tennis, and Wrestling. He found his passion for acting at a young age, appearing on the stage throughout high school and college. He graduated from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelors Degree in Theatre. He has a passion for carpentry, and took a job in the UNCW Theatre department as the shop assistant, constructing sets for all of the shows. When his mother passed away in 2012, he moved out to Los Angeles to pursue the career full time, honing his craft on stage and screen. Ashley was recently featured alongside Raz Fritz and Ryan Emilio Molina in 'In The Valley Of The Moon,' and Alli Wulfert in Lifetime's 'A Scream In The Dark'.
