Aya has since crossed over to the world of Philippine TV series and continued to make a name for herself with her significant roles as Agatha Cortez in Ang sa iyo ay akin (2020), Dr. Audrey Mante in the 8th season of Ang probinsyano (2015), Sabrina Dominguez in Nag-aapoy na damdamin (2023), and her film debut as a volleyball team captain, Jana Ramos in an independent LGBTQ+ coming-of-age sports film, Rookie (2023).
