Benjamin Robitaille

Benjamin Robitaille "Ben" is the youngest child of a blended family. His mother Suzanne Anderson (Mirault) and father Armand Robitaille (deceased) raised him in the small northern town of Mattawa, Ontario, after having been born five weeks early in Ottawa, Ontario. Ben grew up playing many different sports including hockey, soccer, ski racing but most notably karate. He was a member of the Canadian National Karate team and competed all over the world including France and Switzerland. During this time Ben also completed his 8th grade in piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music. It wasn't until the end of university where Ben found himself drawn back to the arts. While studying for his degree in Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario, Ben was a member of the Varsity Cheerleading Team, winning 2 national championships. After graduating, Ben began auditioning for a number of student productions and before landing his first bigger role in the Pilot episode of Carter, featuring Jerry O'Connell. Ben continues to work in the film industry.
