Bobby Silva

Born and raised in Hawaii, Bobby was classically trained at the Mid-Pacific School of the Arts. He started his career at the turn of the century as part of the water team on Baywatch Hawaii, after being recruited by a bunch of surfing buddies. Learning the ins and outs of production life early on set up the skills to create a working love for the industry, and in the early 2000s, Bobby left the islands and moved to California to pursue his dream. After a decade of acting and working as a stuntman in some of the biggest blockbusters, Bobby stepped out from in front of the camera and got behind it. Finding his way as a producer led him to become a story builder and eventually into the world of Casting. Now as an Emmy Nominated Casting Producer Bobby is able to find the best and boldest characters out there positioning them to become the next big hype. Though the majority of Bobby's on-camera roles now are running Casting interviews for the next big Reality Competition, you can still find him popping up in new TV series and Movies.
