Bridget John is an Award-Winning Actress and Producer. She has worked in the African and American film industry for many years. She has played lead and supporting roles in several films, television and theater productions. As Producer, Production Designer, Set Designer, Costumier, and African Accent Coach, Bridget uses her wealth of knowledge to actualize the creative vision for each project. She began acting at age 16 and is a theater graduate from the University of North Georgia. Standing at 5'6 with an athletic build her unique traits and exotic look enable her to play in different genres and roles. She has been honored with Best Actress Awards from The Cannes International Pan African Film Festival, Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (Best Actress and Best Film winning 9 out of 10 nominations), The African Film Festival (Best Actress and Best Film), African Awards USA (African Actress of the Year), Nollywood African Critics Award (Best Film in the Diaspora), The Hollywood Weekly Magazine Film Festival (Best Actress), Royal Reel Award at the Canada International Film Festival, and FACE Award. Bridget is also a Seamstress, Fashion Designer and a trained Special Education Teacher. She speaks Pidgin, Yoruba and English languages.
