Callum Alexander is an actor based in Sydney. He is a graduate of the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. During his training Callum was awarded the Bonnie Hurran Prize. He was taught by renowned stage combat coach Jonathan Howell, 'Game of Thrones' actor Joseph Mawle and former head of voice for the Royal Shakespeare Company, Jacquie Crago. Callum has worked with The Arbour Theatre Company on the new play 'Ama and Nana' by Disapol Savitsila, whose previous work has been staged by Sydney Theatre Company. Recent theatre credits include 'Atlantis' directed by Tiffany Wong and the lead in the children's theatre tour of 'Way Too Cool' by Perform! Callum's screen work includes leading Joy Hopwood's 'The Script of Life' on Amazon Prime and the lead role in the short film 'The Missing Half' which was selected for Flickerfest's 'Love Bites' program in 2021. In the United Kingdom, Callum has worked at Tobacco Factory Theatres and Bristol Old Vic Theatre Royal in the production of the 'London Cuckolds' directed by Kim Durham. Callum is an avid traveler having been to over fifteen countries and New York five times. He continues to hone his craft working with top practitioners such as Les Chantery.
