Celestine Rae

Celestine Rae was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to a family that encouraged her creativity and self expression at a very young age. As a child, Celestine fell in love with the art of dance and it was on stage that she found herself and her calling. Her passion for dancing and performing grew into a love for acting as she was nicknamed 'Face' by choreographer and former Alvin Ailey company dancer, David St. Charles, for her deep emotional connection and passion while performing in his narrative ballets. Celestine graduated from The William Esper Conservatory Acting Program where she trained under Terry Knickerbocker. Her strong presence on film and television partnered with her grace and sensitivity gives way to her ability to shine in both leading and character roles.
