Chad Garrett

Chad Garrett is an American filmmaker, actor, and director known for his work across independent film and genre storytelling. He wrote and directed "The Music of Erich Zann," a chilling adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's classic short story, and served as Second Unit Director on the upcoming feature-length monster mystery-thriller "The Beast of Trinity Texas." As an actor, Garrett gained recognition for his role as 'The Assistant' in the 2023 psychological drama, "The Photographer," which earned a nomination in the "Aura" Challenge at the Orlando Independent Filmmakers event. In 2025, he starred as Cyrus in the ICFF-nominated sci-fi feature "Parallel: The Triad" and co-starred as Devis in the medieval fantasy streaming series "Sword of Alentius." Chad resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife, Nigelle.
