From the Washington DC area, Chelsea is an actress, improviser, & singer in LA. She has a theater degree from the College of William & Mary, and also studied drama at the University of Exeter in England. Chelsea is a graduate of the UCB's improv school, and is a member of the all-female improv team "Woke Up Like This."
