Chinguun Sergelen is a Chicago-born American actor known for his work in television, theater, and comedy. He made his professional stage debut at Timeline Theatre in 2016, portraying Young Edward VI in The Last Wife under the direction of Nick Bowling, followed by his performance as Wally Webb in Our Town at Redtwist Theatre in 2017, directed by James Fleming. He trained in improvisation and sketch comedy through Laugh Out Loud Theater’s Youth Ensemble and The Second City Training Center in Chicago, where his comedic timing and on-camera presence quickly stood out. Chinguun was later selected from a nationwide talent search to attend an intensive comedy program at The Second City, which led to his casting on Nickelodeon’s reboot of the iconic series All That, where he made history as the show’s first Asian American series regular. In 2020, Chinguun served on TIME Magazine and Nickelodeon’s inaugural Kid of the Year selection committee, working alongside host Trevor Noah to help recognize young change-makers. Chinguun is thrilled to be represented by the CESD Talent Agency.
