Cissy Wellman was born March 13 in Los Angeles, California, USA as Celia McCarthy Wellman She is an actress and director known for Outlaw Josey Wales (1976), The Waltons (1973-1976) Made Men (1999) FM (1978). Since 2009 Cissy has been working with The Born To Act Players (BTAP)..ages 21 to 45 with Down Syndrome,Autism and Special Abilities.they have been meeting once a week since 1995. They Act, Sing, Dance and do Improv work..BTAP puts on 2 shows a year and are a non- profit...they are her passion.
