Constance Shulman

Constance Shulman was born on 4 April 1958 in Johnson City, Tennessee, USA. She is an actress and producer, known for Orange Is the New Black (2013), Fried Green Tomatoes (1991) and Sweet and Lowdown (1999). She has been married to Reed Birney since 3 July 1999. They have two children.
