Daniel Benson

Dan Benson grew up in a small town in Springfield, Missouri. Shortly after moving to Florida at the age of 15 Dan went to an actor, and model scouting hosted by a local talent manager. Several days after meeting with this manager he was introduced to Los Angeles managers (Hines and Hunt entertainment) scouting local talent in the area. He and his two brothers were chosen to be represented and they flew out to California where they began working in numerous national commercials, feature films, and bit parts on TV. Dan got his big break when he landed the role of "Friend #1" on Disney Channel's "Wizards of Waverly Place". After a few months Dan had helped create an identity for his character and eventually became an integral part of the story as a character named "Zeke". Dan's latest film "Hanna's Gold" is a family adventure film where he got to show that he is not just a hilarious supporting actor, but also has what it takes to carry a film as the lead character "Luke".
