Danny Stack started out as a script consultant for companies like Miramax, Working Title, Pathe, UK Film Council and Irish Film Board, among others. He helped set-up the Red Planet Prize with Tony Jordan, designed to seek out new TV writing talent; the inaugural year discovered the writer behind Death In Paradise. Danny's own screenwriting credits include EastEnders, the new Thunderbirds for ITV, Hey Duggee, and other popular kids' TV shows. Moving into writing/directing, his supernatural thriller, Origin, won Best Horror at the London Independent Film Festival. He teamed up with Tim Clague to form a dynamic directing partnership, and they have directed five feature films and a TV series to-date.
