Danny Wallace is a writer, presenter and BAFTA-winning voice actor. He is a million-selling, multiple Sunday Times and Amazon #1-bestselling author, whose books have been translated into more than two dozen languages. The Warner Bros and Jim Carrey adaptation of his book, Yes Man (2008), grossed $226m. Awards include BAFTA, Arqiva and Sony awards, as well as a PPA for his columns. Nods include Writer's Guild of America, British Society of Magazine Editors, and more. He has written and presented shows on all the major UK television and radio networks, including BBC One, BBC2, SkyOne, Radio 2, 6Music, Absolute, Classic, and Danny Wallace's Important Broadcast on Radio X (2018-present). He’s presented TV game shows, live Saturday night shows, science documentaries, reality shows, voiced Netflix documentaries, presented from the National Movie and National TV Awards, and guested on Jonathan Ross, Graham Norton as well as everything from Would I Lie to You to 8 Out of 10 Cats. In America, he has written for Warner Bros (including his own sitcom pilot, Awkward Situations for Men), ABC, Fox, Quibi, TBS, Sony Animation and also worked alongside Ivan Reitman for GhostCorps (2016-2017). His writing work on the Assassin’s Creed games franchise earned him a Writer’s Guild of America Outstanding Achievement in Writing award nod, and he appears in more than ten games as regular character Shaun Hastings. His children’s books include the bestselling The Day the Screens Went Blank (2021).
