Daria Panchenko is a Ukrainian-born actress, filmmaker, dancer and musician based in Paris. She began her artistic journey in her home town Kyiv studying dance and theater and performing in reviews and on screen. In 2006 she moved to Paris to study cinema and acting and later got her Masters degree as a film director. She pursued studying acting in St. Petersburg Theater Academy and New York Lee Strasberg Institute. In 2010 she was cast by Éric Atlan in the leading role of his genre feature film "Mortem", which marked the beginning of her career as an international actress. As a filmmaker, she directed and co-directed several award-winning shorts, including "Milles-feuilles" (2014), "Équilibre" (2019), and "Les Pépés Bricoloss" (2021). Alongside her screen career, she has worked internationally across many facets of film production. In 2025, she launched her music project "Verodyka", blending her cinematic and theatrical background into songwriting and performance.
