Dave Shecter

Dave Shecter is a classically trained actor with over 10 years of experience in video and film. He has accumulated well over 100 credits to his name in feature films, short films, music videos and has also made appearances in popular TV shows such as Grimm, Z-Nation and Discovery I.D. along with numerous indie films and local TV commercials and has worked alongside some of Hollywood's most popular actors and performers. Dave received his degree through Everett Community College where he excelled in theater. He was cast in the stage production of Prelude to a Kiss for a 5-night run which was well received by audiences. Mr. Shecter's work has since garnered several awards for film performances over his career. Mr. Shecter is trained in stunt fighting as well as Meisner acting techniques and continues to study acting with top notch teachers and coaches in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to acting, Dave enjoys producing, directing, writing and all aspect of filmmaking, and thus can often be found collaborating on projects with everything from props to location scouting. In addition to acting, Mr. Shecter is also a talented musician and songwriter, with over a dozen published songs and music videos to his credit. When he is not acting in film or commercials, Dave enjoys spending time in the studio recording and shooting music videos of his work.
