Finnian James

From a role in the Apple Original Feature Greyound 2, to playing Alfie in the Hulu series The Artful Dodger, to guest spots on network television (Home & Away - Network 7) Finnian has a varied and growing resume of work and a spot on the 2025 AACTA Young Stars shortlist. He started his acting journey in the Australian Theatre for Young People, in the Drama Ensemble and Young Theatre Makers. Studied at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) and the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) where he studied Drama, Improvisation and Acting for Screen. Behind the camera, Finnian won the Flickerfest Documentary Award for his short form documentary 'The Solomon Islands' and The V Fest Short Filmmaking Award for his documentary 'The Hoodoos'.
