Gissette Valentin is an American actress, writer, and producer. She spent twelve years as a professional dancer, appearing on America’s Best Dance Crew, performing at the CMA Awards alongside Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan, touring with Zac Brown, and appearing in Footloose (2011), Disney’s Let It Shine, and Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip. She later transitioned into acting, studying with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, training privately with renowned acting coach Larry Moss, and performing at The Groundlings. She has also pursued combat and tactical firearms training to prepare for physically demanding roles. Her film credits include Red One with Dwayne Johnson, The Tomorrow War opposite Chris Pratt, and Bad Boys for Life. On television, she has recurred on Ruthless and The Oval, held a recurring role as Corporal Diane Pierce on The Walking Dead: World Beyond, and has appeared in Stranger Things and 9-1-1: Nashville. She wrote, produced, and starred in the award-winning sci-fi short Turing opposite Cobra Kai’s Jacob Bertrand, which earned recognition at the Los Angeles Film Awards and multiple international festivals, including a Best Actress honor.
