Grand L. Bush is a veteran American actor of Sierra Leonean and British descent. He is best known for his memorable roles in Licence to Kill, Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, Street Fighter: The Movie and The Exorcist III. The Shakespearean-trained performer has worked with some of the more iconic filmmakers in the industry. He was handpicked by Albert R. Broccoli to act opposite Timothy Dalton in James Bond’s Licence to Kill; chosen by legendary horror writer/director William Peter Blatty to costar opposite Oscar-winning actor George C. Scott in The Exorcist III; selected by action filmmaker Steven E. de Souza to portray a leading character in Street Fighter: The Movie and video game; and preferred by visionary writer/director and Golden Globe Award-winner Dennis Hopper to depict a crucial character in Colors, among other films produced by Hopper. Throughout his career, Bush has secured roles in every major genre - from action, drama and thriller to science fiction, musical and comedy. He has worked with some of the more innovative artists in the industry, including Walter Hill/Joel Silver (Streets of Fire); Sylvester Stallone (Demolition Man); and Roland Emmerich/Dean Devlin, who placed Bush in a leading role in their sci-fi TV series, The Visitor. Bush is also known for his character in Die Hard, a box office blockbuster that is now being preserved by the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress. Bush frequently attends red-carpet events and European fan conventions, including Birmingham, England's Autographica; London Film & Comic Con; and German Film and Comic Con in Dortmund, among other autograph-signing festivals.
