Howard Cai

Howard was born in China, and raised in Cerritos, Southern California. He started as a performer when he was in high school, then enjoyed it even more in college. He also developed the love for music and singing since then. After graduating from University of California, San Diego, he is now fully pursuing acting in Los Angeles.
