James Evans

James Evans was born and raised in Whittier, California, to Harry "Jim" Evans, a mailman, and LaVerne Marsh, an office clerk. He graduated from California High School, attended Rio Hondo College and graduated from Cal Poly Pomona, studying business, not theatre. Known for his strong authoritative look, Evans who is a character actor, has one of the most pronounced mustaches in the TV and film industry. Evans is known for playing a bailiff on television shows, most notably General Hospital and on Spanish court shows. He has appeared in many music videos for rap and pop stars which he has become known as the "Top Cop of Music Video" During the early to mid 2000's Evans appeared repeatedly as Saddam Hussein on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Last Call with Carson Daly, Arrested Development, etc.
