Jason Vandergriff

Jason Vandergriff was born in 1977 in North Carolina Raised in Knoxville TN, and graduated high school in 1996. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1996 to 2001, and is a combat veteran. He attended PanAm International Flight Academy, Ft Pierce, FL in 2001 to become a commercial pilot and flight instructor. Jason married his wife in 2005, and they moved to Knoxville in 2011. He also began flying for an American Airlines in 2011. That same year, Jason joined Knox By Night Productions, (founded by life-long friend, and executive producer, Chris Rogers) and started filming sketch comedy skits for YouTube. Jason became a skit writer, actor, assistant producer, and assistant editor for the group. In 2016, the Knox By Night group had a radio show, airing Sunday evenings on local radio station 103.9 WOZO. The radio show ended in 2017, and The Knox By Night Show moved to a television show airing on CTV Knoxville. In 2018, Jason began being cast in a number of productions from Jupiter Entertainment. Jupiter Entertainment character roles include: Snapped (Oxygen Channel) ~ Karen Sanchez episode (as Karen's brother). Enquiring Minds (Investigation Discovery) ~ Cosby episode (as attorney for the plaintiff). Dianna, Tragedy or Treason (TLC), (as journalist for Prince Charles). Dying to Belong (Oxygen Channel) as a rich socialite, and friend to the murder victim, Gary Shiano. Jason was cast to play character "Ronnie K" in Marcus Shirock's instant cult classic movie, "The Gold Rush Boogie".
