Javier Mayol

Javier Mayol is an award-winning writer, producer and Emmy-nominated editor who has worked in the entertainment business for over 20 years. Since dreaming of making films in his home of Puerto Rico, Javier has worked on countless productions ranging from music videos to feature films. Some of his credits include working in the editorial department on the feature films Rock of Ages with Tom Cruise and The Punisher with John Travolta. His first written and produced feature, Love and Hostages, has become a success, winning four Best Feature awards on the festival circuit and currently being distributed worldwide. He followed that success co-creating the series Hialeah and the psychological horror film iPossessed. Javier's dedication, passion, skills and attitude are the core of his production company Phoenixfire Films.
