Jayd Deroché

Jayd is an accomplished 14 year old singer, dancer, musician, producer and award-winning actor. This rising star has performed in several films and television shows such as Amazon's The Boys, Jayd is a series regular, Aiden Henley, on a new Netflix series - I Woke up a Vampire, CBC's One More Time, he is a recurring cast member on Shaftesbury's Ruby & the Well, he has done several holiday movies, OWN Networks' A Christmas Serenade, Hallmark's Christmas with a Kiss, Lifetime's Miracle in Motor City, to name a few, and he also completed filming Surfacing, feature film as supporting actor. Jayd has voiced 17 different characters for animated series' including Voicing the Lead of several series' - Jon Cassidy, the Lead Role of Disney Junior's Dino Ranch, and the Lead of Dino Ranch Island Explorers, the Lead of PBS's Super Why's Comic Book Adventures, voicing Super Why himself. Jayd is a new Villain, Boomer on Nickelodeon's Paw Patrol, he is also the Lead and Face another Nickelodeon Production, Jayd has also been cast on HBO's Mermicorno, he is also leading the highly anticipated Barney's World, as a lead, David! Jayd just wrapped shooting the feature film, Sunburn as a supporting character, and this summer he joined the cast of 'Murdoch Mysteries' and 'Hate the Player', a Paramount Plus comedy series, following the Ben Johnson Story. Jayd has also done the Charlie Brown Vocals in the Apple TV Peanuts Special, Snoopy Presents: A Summer Musical, and he is singing four songs in the Special! This is Peanuts first Musical in over 37 years. Also several others, PBS' Cyberchase, Work it out Wombats, Elinor Wonders Why CBC/Sky's Mittens & Pants, he has also voiced three guest star roles on PBS's Xavier Riddle, Alvin Ailey, Jackie Robinson and Matthew Henson and is series regular, Cinnamon on Nickelodeon's Blues Clues. Jayd has also been recording his own music and just released his first single, 'First Thing', available on all platforms, and will release four more singles over the next few months. Jayd loves playing instruments, Guitar -electric and acoustic, Piano, Drums, Bass and some Saxaphone. Jayd loves writing and making his own beats, and composing the music to his songs. Jayd'sradiating energy and optimism make him an invigorating and dynamic presence on stage. Jayd loves Hip Hop and Tap Dance and he has performed on stages around the world, He has danced with The Jacksons, and he had his musical theatre debut in the London Palladium Production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, directed by Lawrence Connor - Jayd played the role of Judah, with his own solo.
