Joe Black

Joe Black is a prolific and award-winning Los Angeles based filmmaker working primarily in narrative film along with production work in live television, web series and music videos. He is the co-founder and head of production for Blue Means Pregnant Films; an independent company focused on community based film production. Originally based in Florida, Joe moved the company to Los Angeles in 2012.
