Jule Johnson

Jule was born and raised in Sedona, Arizona and discovered a passion for acting and filmmaking in early childhood. He performed in plays throughout elementary, middle, and high school. His first professional appearance on film was a role in the 2011 feature "Sedona" starring Frances Fisher (Titanic). He was coached privately for four years by Shondra Jepperson, and then completed both the Intermediate and Advanced Acting for Film courses at the Sedona Film School. After graduating high school in 2014, Jule moved to Los Angeles. There, he appeared in commercials for Virgin America, Snapchat, and Campbell's Soup, as well as short films for Windowseat Entertainment and episodic work for Investigation Discovery. He trained for nine months with Gray Studios, and then attended a summer program with Leigh Kilton-Smith, and in 2017 Jule completed the Two Year Professional Acting Program at the Sanford Meisner Center under Ranjiv Perera. Jule then moved to Seattle for a change of pace and environment. There, Jule was cast by renowned casting director Nike Imoru for the role of a young Tom Skerritt in the feature film "East of the Mountains" directed by SJ Chiro. He then landed the supporting role of Vova in "Potato Dreams of America" directed by Wes Hurley, which premiered at the 2021 SXSW film festival. After three years in the Pacific Northwest, Jule was ready for the next journey. He moved to New York City to continue pursuing an acting career. This is where he resides, and he is represented by Steinberg Talent Management Group.
