Kavi Raz is an award winning actor, producer, writer and director He was the first actor of Indian descent to appear in a major TV series as regular in Hollywood. St. Elsewhere that award winning medical drama in which Kavi appeared as Doctor Vijay Kochar, aired during the early to mid-eighties on NBC. It was a great learning experience for Kavi working along actors like Denzel Washington, Ed Begley. David Morris. William Daniels, Ed Flanders and Normal Loyd.
