Mabel Thomas (they/she) is an actor and writer with a knack for bringing complex, dynamic characters to life. Mabel most recently played the lead role in the Luxembourgish/US co-production 'Dead Dad Girl' from Samsa Film (Corsage, Capitani) and John Altschuler/Dave Krinsky (Blades of Glory, Silicon Valley, King of the Hill). In the past two years Mabel has led seven feature films, including ' Dead Dad Girl', 'Once Upon a Time in a Horror Movie', 'Peeping Todd: The Musical', 'Nobody Wants to Be Here', 'Popeye the Slayer Man', 'Snake Manor', 'American Cryptids'. Mabel played series regular Linny in the award-winning series Rat Czar produced by Emmy winner Ana Breton. As a writer-performer, Mabel's solo show SUGAR debuted to critical acclaim at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe, earning multiple accolades (Pick of the Fringe, Editor's Choice, and Top Selection by BingeFringe Magazine). The show transferred to London in 2023, for a successful run at the Old Red Lion Theatre. Onscreen, Mabel has battled a demonic jack-in-the-box, a giant snake, supernatural forces summoned via Ouija board, and been decapitated by a samurai-sword wielding ex girlfriend. Known for their work ethic, range, and collaborative spirit, Mabel brings depth and energy to every project. Off-screen, they're an avid science fiction and fantasy reader, bread eating enthusiast, and cat lover.
