Marcus Raboy

Emmy winning producer and director Marcus Raboy started his directing career in music videos working with seminal hip hop artists Naughty By Nature, Mary J Blige, Run DMC, and Ice Cube. The relationship with Ice Cube led to the feature film Friday After Next, written by and starring Ice Cube, directed by Raboy. In 2018, Raboy directed Steve Martin and Martin Short's "An Evening You Will Forget For The Rest of Your Life" for Netflix and received 2 Emmy nominations, as well as a DGA nomination. Raboy has directed and produced comedy specials for Amy Schumer, Marlon Wayans, Judd Apatow, Patton Oswalt, Deon Cole, Whitney Cummings and numerous others for Netflix, HBO, and Amazon. In 2023 Raboy was nominated for a DGA award for The Mark Twain Prize honoring Jon Stewart.
