Mark Anthony Williams

Born in London to Jamaican parents. Moved to Kingston, Jamaica at the age of 5 where he lived with his mother's parents for five years before moving to the Bronx, New York. Performed in his first play at age 12 at P. S. 41 in the Bronx. Attended the University of New York at Albany. Played musician Charlie Parker in a college production of "A Bird Flies In A Guilded Cage", directed by D. B. Woodside. In 2001, nominated for N.A.A.C.P. Theater Award for Best Supporting Actor in Jeffery's Plan. Spent over 20 years as a Child Care Counselor in various group homes and rehab centers in New York and Los Angeles. Became a U.S. citizen December, 2022.
