Matt Schichter

Matt Schichter is a Glasgow based, Canadian born filmmaker working primarily as a producer and line producer on independent feature films. His work spans development support, budgeting and scheduling, physical production, and delivery, and he is known for a hands on approach that bridges practical production leadership with a strong understanding of the creative process. Alongside producing, Schichter has directed feature documentaries including CFNY: The Spirit of Radio and Write Record Tour. Earlier in his career, he worked as an actor, radio host, music director, and talk show host, interviewing artists and cultural figures across film and music.
