Maxime Marcel René Rancon is a French and American film and television producer, screenwriter, director, and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of The Rancon Company, a production studio behind the horror franchise Two Witches, as well as the feature films Traumatika and Frankie Maniac Woman. Rancon began his career in fashion, becoming one of the youngest creative directors of the French label Courrèges, a position he held from 2012 to 2014. He later served as Creative Director of Morreale Paris from 2018 to 2025, where he developed the brand’s visual identity and led its creative and marketing direction. He is also the founder of KULT, a media agency specializing in cinematic commercial content, including luxury and real estate campaigns. Working across film, fashion, and advertising, Rancon focuses on visually driven storytelling and the development of genre and commercial projects.
