Michael Ferrell

Michael is the writer, director, and star of the feature film "Laura Gets a Cat," which premiered at Cinequest Film Festival and screened at Cucalorus, Tallgrass Film Festival, DTLA Film Festival, Twin Cities Film Fest, Omaha Film Festival, Stony Brook Film Festival, Reno Tahoe Int'l Film Festival, Naples Int'l Film Festival, Lone Star Film Festival, and IndieBelgrade. "Laura Gets a Cat" has won multiple Best Feature and acting awards. He also wrote, directed, and starred in "Twenty Million People," which won multiple awards and screened at over 20 film festivals worldwide, including Cinequest, Raindance, Montclair, Festival du Nouveau Cinema, New Hampshire Film Festival, Oaxaca, and Fort Lauderdale. He studied improv at i.O. in Chicago, acting at The Barrow Group in NYC, and got his Acting degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
