Noel MacNeal

Noel MacNeal is a puppeteer and singer from Harlem who is well-known for portraying Bear from Bear in the Big Blue House. He has also portrayed Bear in video games, a spin-off show and a live show at Disney theme parks. He also did puppetry for The Puzzle Place, Sesame Street and many more.
