Rachel is an American/Canadian actress born in Boston Massachusetts. She grew up most of her life in Montreal Canada. She graduated with honours at the Toronto Film school in the Acting for Film, TV & Theatre program. She is best known for playing the lead character Rosie in the mini series El Toro.
